Mark Eaton has completely revised his book Lean for Practitioners for its sixth edition (and our second print edition). Billed as an Introduction to Lean for Healthcare Organisations, it has done just that for many organisations already. This new edition is set to reach further into the UK Health Sector, introducing best of breed solutions for their processes.
